THE CLUB WILL MEET ONLY DURING THE MONTHS OF:
NOVEMBER - JANUARY – MARCH - MAY
3:55-4:55 PM, Mr. Kryder’s Room
This club is for students in grades 4 and 5. Club members must have a strong interest in exploring the world through written expression. Members will take on the role of journalists as they report on various topics traditionally found in newspapers: Current Events, Lifestyle, Sports, Comics, etc. Student articles will be published throughout the year in our school newspaper, The Barkley Bugle.
Space is limited; 15 students will be selected through a lottery. Please fill out the form in the link below no later than Thursday, October 21 to be included in the lottery drawing. All parents of students who submitted forms will be contacted, via email, by the end of the day, that Thursday. Please click here to sign up!
