We are having a Barkley Garden Club!
This club is for second and third graders.
Mondays this fall after school – pick up at 4:55.
- October 23rd – last fall meeting – clean up and celebrate!
- We will meet rain or shine.
During Garden Club, your child will participate in various gardening activities. Many lessons will involve the following:
- Shoveling
- Digging in the dirt
- Harvesting fruits and vegetables
- Observing insects and other creatures
If you would like your child to participate in the program, please discuss gardening expectations with your child to gage how comfortable they are with the program. Please grant your permission by signing in the designated areas below. Return this slip by Friday, September 22nd. I look forward to your child being involved in this program!
